These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website, apps, and services of Finite LLC ("Finite", "we", "us") (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Using the Services

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to use the Services only as the law allows and as these Terms allow.

Accounts

If you make an account, you must give correct information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Things you may not do

Break the law or the rights of others.
Try to get access to systems or data that you are not permitted to access.
Disrupt, overload, or damage the Services.
Copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Services, unless the law allows it or we agree in writing.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some Services may cost money. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play also follow that store's terms, including its refund rules. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store or account settings.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, store, and use it only as needed to run the Services.

Our property

The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, belong to Finite or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services under these Terms.

Third-party services

The Services may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for them, and their own terms apply.

Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or if we stop offering a Service.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, FINITE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SERVICES WILL NOT BE MORE THAN THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $50.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Finite harmless from claims that come from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we do, we will change the effective date above. If you continue to use the Services after a change, you accept the new Terms.
